“Where should I eat in the desert?” It’s probably the number one question I’m asked after “How many cats do you have???”. And honestly, it’s one of the hardest questions to answer. Mainly because there are SO MANY GREAT CHOICES!
It’s hard to think of Palm Springs without thinking about the iconic windmills that greet you as you drive into town. But honestly, how much do you really know about them?
Let’s be real, in this day it’s all about doing things #forthegram. Whether it’s going to one of those Instagram museums and taking 4,567 photos or visiting a cafe and ordering the most outrageous item on the menu just to take a photo of it.
Have you guys ever eaten something so good you have dreams about it? If your answer is no, then you obviously haven’t had TKB.
Salvation Mountain is by no means your typical mountain. Unlike Everest, Kilimanjaro and the Rockies, Salvation Mountain isn’t a mountain you hike. Instead it’s a mountain you marvel.
ILLINOIS
Today is international coffee day and in the spirit of this VERY sacred day...I wanted to share my FAVORITE places to grab a cup of joe in Chicago.
This is a list of our tried and true spots that we return to time and time again. We’re not ones to really ever go back to the same place twice. So the fact that we’ve frequented these spots multiple times over the years should certainly says something.
There is nothing quite like Chicago in the summer. It’s our reward for enduring MONTHS of cold, harsh, frankly just rude weather for nearly 6 months out of the year.
I could be a little biased because I’m from here, but I think Chicago is one of the most beautiful places to be during the holidays. The snow is falling, the twinkle lights are sparkling and hopefully the temperature is above freezing (lol).
NEW YORK
IF I COULD MARRY FALL I WOULD.
Seriously, I look forward to this time of year EVERY YEAR. It’s the best time of year and I think it’s a great time to travel.
